USE OF GRISEOFULVIN FOR MITOTIC MAPPING OF PARAFLUOROPHENYLALANINE RESISTANCE MARKER IN ASPERGILLUS NIDULANS
Main Article Content
Abstract
Griseofulvin decreased survival of conidia, inhibited colonial growth, increased sectoring and induced haploid segregants in the heterozygous diploids of A. Ilidulalls. It was also efficiently used for the mitotic mapping of para-fluorophenylalanine resistance maker.
